I’ve yo-yo dieted most of my life. Lost big amounts of weight and put it back on several times over the years because I would always want to go back to eating “normal” food, especially after feeling restricted for long periods of time.

4 years ago, my blood work indicated to my doctor and I that I was pre-diabetic. I had allergy/sinusitis issues regularly, year-round. Every summer, my feet and ankles would swell with the heat, and it also happened whenever I would travel on airplanes. No more! Just a few months ago, reviewing my lab results, my doctor said: "you have cured yourself! you are as far away from diabetes as you can get". 2021 was my year to discover what's possible, and although releasing 60 lbs or 27kgs (so far) is a wonderful "bonus", what's much more important is that my body is now adjusting to being healthy and vibrant. And Corey (my husband - he's dropped 40 lbs or 18kgs so far and he's looking hot as an old greying guy, I gotta say!😂  ) agrees through these valuable boost camps, we save time, money, and most of all, Corey and I have joy, and peace-of-mind, knowing that even when we have "treats" here and there, our bodies now have a healthy set-point. These camps are worth every bit of investment we've made in ourselves. BUT ...HERE I AM ... a healthy ( well, right now I have to stay in bed, but for some other reasons) and (compared to those days before) slim (minus 30+kg) and active Granny 💕💕💕
