I’ve yo-yo dieted most of my life. Lost big amounts of weight and put it back on several times over the years because I would always want to go back to eating “normal” food, especially after feeling restricted for long periods of time.

4 years ago, my blood work indicated to my doctor and I that I was pre-diabetic. I had allergy/sinusitis issues regularly, year-round. Every summer, my feet and ankles would swell with the heat, and it also happened whenever I would travel on airplanes. No more!
